My aunt shared the recipe for this salad , hence the name. Moderately spicy, spicy vegetable salad.

  5. Fry the eggplants in the remaining oil ( 2 tbsp). Spread on a napkin , removing excess oil.

  6. Put sour cream , mayonnaise, and mustard in a Cup. Add soy sauce. Mix well. Salad dressing is ready.
