Mushrooms (fresh wild or oyster mushrooms)
300
gram
Ham
Vegetable oil
Instructions
I had chanterelles and honeydew. Cut the mushrooms coarsely – and into a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.
Cut the ham into small cubes.
Fry together with the mushrooms until a crust forms. That’s it, the dish is ready! You can eat both hot and cold!
