  1. Put the washed and dried arugula on a plate (or in a salad bowl).
  2. Fry on high heat in vegetable oil thin strips of chicken fillet without skin (you can take a baked chicken), add salt and pepper. Put on the salad.
  3. Peel the orange, break it into slices (if desired, remove the films), and cut it into about 3-4 parts. Put on the chicken.
