Orange Salad Recipe
A beautiful, bright and delicious salad. Satisfying, but not heavy. With a light fruity note. Very interesting, non-trivial.

  1. Wash a large orange and cut it in half. With the help of a knife and spoon to remove the pulp of the orange and cut into cubes. In a salad bowl, put the diced orange, roll the nuts through a meat grinder or use a blender. Pre-cook the rice ( see the instructions on the package) and cool.
  2. Cut the sausage into a small cube, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Add the dried cranberries and mayonnaise / sour cream/yogurt.
  3. Mix the salad gently. In the peeled orange halves, put the lettuce leaves and the lettuce itself on top.
