  1. Cut the Pollock fillet into small pieces.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, add the eggs, chopped green onions and 1 tablespoon of oil.
  3. Mix well and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour to soak the Pollock.
  4. Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into the pan and brush the pan well with oil. You can also bake in a ceramic form. Put the Pollock together with the egg mass in a frying pan (or baking dish).
