  2. Beat the eggs with sugar into a thick foam.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients and gently stir into the egg mixture. Add milk and butter. Mix gently. Biscuit kneading technique: carefully, from the bottom up. Pour the dough into a 20×12 microwave oven pan. Please note that the dough will rise 2 times.
  4. Bake for 3 minutes at a temperature of 800 watts. Let stand in the microwave for 5 minutes and then remove. Allow to cool slightly and remove from the mold.
  5. Let cool completely, garnish and can be sliced.
