Ingredients

Mayonnaise

Vinegar

tablespoons
Soy sauce

tablespooons
Honey

tablespoon
Sesame oil
Instructions
Bring the water to a boil and boil the noodles in water for 2-3 minutes. Drain, drain in a colander, rinse with cold water.
Beat the eggs, add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Place the omelet in a hot frying pan, pre-greased with oil. After 2 minutes, turn the omelet over and continue frying for about 1 more minute.
Cut the omelet into 4 x 0.5 cm strips.
Chop the crab sticks and cilantro coarsely.
Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame oil and honey.
Cut the cucumber into thin strips 4 x 0.5 cm .
Mix all the ingredients for making noodles, season with sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
