  1. Cut the cucumbers into strips, chop the garlic, finely chop the herbs and olives. Pick the lettuce leaves with your hands. Pour garlic oil into a cup, add garlic, a pinch of ground black pepper and soy sauce. Mix well.
  2. Put the sliced cucumbers, herbs, olives and lettuce leaves in a working bowl. Add the prepared dressing. Mix gently.
  3. We put them on plates and serve our salad to the table.
