A fairly easy-to-prepare salad that can diversify the festive New Year’s table. Very tasty salad with smoked meats. Neither subtract nor add – everything is in moderation.
Fry the egg pancakes (small diameter), roll them into noodles and slice.
Cut the chicken breast into strips.
Cut the cheese into strips about 2.5-3 cm long (if the cheese strips are thick, first divide into fibers, and then cut).
Cut the red onion into half rings and marinate (in vinegar and sugar).
Mix everything and season the salad with mayonnaise mixed with mustard (the amount of mustard depends on what taste of salad you want, I add 1 teaspoon + squeeze a little lemon juice, add salt and pepper to taste).
