  1. Pre-cooked dry asparagus (fuzhu), according to the package, cut into pieces. In my case, it was small pieces, about 1 cm. I also cut it lengthwise into two or three parts, depending on the thickness of the asparagus.
  2. Chop the carrots into thin strips or grate them on a special grater for Korean salads. Put in a deep bowl, stir with your hands until the carrots give juice for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Combine the carrots with the fuju, pour in the ready-made sauce (Korean asparagus dressing). Stir.
  4. While the salad is infused, remove the core from a large sweet and sour Apple and cut it into strips.
  5. Add an Apple to the salad. Leave to infuse for 1-2 hours. Then mix again and serve. Before serving, fill with mayonnaise, decorate with herbs.
