Salad with corn, cabbage and cucumber very often helps me out when you need to quickly figure out something delicious and original! A great combination of cucumber, cabbage and corn with a light lemon flavor. You should try this vegetable salad recipe.

  1. Cut the cabbage according to your taste and preference. In winter, I use Peking cabbage for this salad.
  2. Cucumbers cut into small pieces, I cut into strips.
  3. Mix cucumbers, corn and cabbage in a bowl, adding salt, fresh lemon juice and vegetable oil.
  4. Chop the herbs, add to the salad and mix everything thoroughly again.
  5. Salad with corn, cucumber and cabbage is ready! Bon appetit, everyone!
