Cut the cooled omelet into small cubes, chop the leek (its white part) and mix all the ingredients. At this stage, you can fill the salad. Suitable for two types of dressing – 1 orange oil and lemon juice and 2 tbsp. l. low-fat sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Personally, I treat mayonnaise properly, so for this salad, mix 2 tablespoons of sour cream and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and season the salad. Decide for yourself how you will taste better. The taste of the salad is unusual, but pleasant.
