  1. Peel the bell pepper, cut it into small cubes, and put it in a bowl
  2. Add tuna.
  3. Cut the onion into half rings, add to the other ingredients.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Pre-boiled rice roll up with a bamboo mat, put on a plate.
  6. Place the tuna and vegetables on top.
  7. Sprinkle with crushed egg yolk and lemon zest.
  8. Garnish the dish with bell pepper, egg and dill.
