Mayonnaise
Instructions
Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands. I slice them out of habit, but not very finely.
Add diced tomatoes and corn to the lettuce leaves. I very often do not add tomatoes, I prefer without them. 🙂
Then add the shrimp boiled in salted water and peeled, as well as diced eggs.
We fill the salad with mayonnaise and serve, garnished with herbs and shrimp.
