This is one of my favorite salads, it is so colorful and immediately resembles a New Year's, because it is not only delicious, but also bright. Very tasty.

  1. Slice the avocado, having previously removed the bone and all the pulp with a spoon, peel the mango and cut into cubes.

  2. I wash the peeled ready-made shrimp, cherry tomatoes and cut everything.

  3. Mix everything together with finely chopped lettuce leaves, green onions, parsley and mayonnaise mixed with mustard and lime juice. Salt and pepper.
