Lower the squid carcasses into boiling water for 7-8 minutes.
Do the same with the shrimp, but keep it in boiling water for 2 minutes, no more (we are talking about very small salad shrimp).
Take out the squid and cool them.
Cut into rings.
Cook 4 hard-boiled eggs, cut (not very finely).
Then cut half of the red onion and mix all the ingredients. Add paprika, salt and black pepper to the mayonnaise. Mix everything together.
Let it brew for 20 minutes before serving.
