We put it in the microwave, set the maximum power (I HAVE 700 watts) and turn it on for two minutes. Check the readiness: the protein should completely curdle. At a different power, there will be a different cooking time. I have a poached egg ready in exactly two minutes. Using a slotted spoon, carefully remove the egg and let the water drain.
As you can see in the photo, the poached egg turns out to be a neat, beautiful round shape. Note that we did not use vinegar, you do not need to add salt to the egg either.
