Smoothie “Absolute” with Apricot Kernel Recipe
To prepare this delicious and fragrant smoothie, you will need absolutely the whole apricot, right down to its sweet seed. Adding apricot and its sweet seeds to the pulp will give the dessert a piquant nutty taste and pleasantly surprise with its novelty!

Ingredients
  • 180gram Apricot(160 g – apricot pulp and 20 g – sweet apricot kernel)
  • 25milliliters Water
  • 1teaspoon Sugar
  • Ice Creamfor decor, to taste
  • Melissafor decor, to taste
Instructions
  1. Please note that only sweet seed is suitable for the recipe!!! Extract sweet seeds from apricot seeds. Fry 20 g of sweet kernels over medium heat in a dry frying pan until they turn brown like almonds.
  2. In a blender, grind 20 g of sweet kernels with the addition of 25 ml of water.
  3. Here, add 160 g of washed and dried apricot pulp.
  4. Beat for a few minutes until puree, add 1 tsp sugar and mix.
  5. Pour the resulting smoothie into glasses. When serving, add a little cream ice cream and garnish with lemon balm leaves.
