Wash the apples, cut into slices and remove the core.
Squeeze the juice out of the apples, using a juicer. Just should make 300 ml of fresh juice.
Wash the apricots and remove the seeds.
Fold the apricots in a saucepan and pour the Apple juice. Add water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour the contents of the saucepan into a blender, add the sugar and beat everything well. After straining through a sieve, pour everything into a saucepan and gradually pour the rapidly soluble gelatin, without stopping to stir intensively until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Pour the finished fruit-gelatin mixture into the mold. Cool and refrigerate for freezing, at least for an hour.
Then the marmalade is ready to pull from the mold and cut into cubes or diamonds.
Roll the jelly beans in coconut flakes and place on a plate. Ready marmalade to store in refrigerator. Bon appetit.
