  1. Five thin slices of red pepper finely chopped.
  2. Wash the spinach and dry it on a paper towel. Set aside a little for decoration.
  3. Finely chop the salmon.
  4. Mix cottage cheese with salmon.
  5. Add pepper and finely chopped spinach.
  6. The size of the ball depends only on your desire. Form the balls using an ice cream spoon (for large ones) or two teaspoons (for small ones). Place on finely chopped dill and gently roll.
  7. Put each ball on a spinach leaf and garnish with a slice of bell pepper. Place on a plate and garnish with spinach leaves.
