A very simple and delicious snack. These balls always attract attention and are the first to disappear from the table. If you stick a skewer in each, you will get an ideal option for gatherings in the buffet format.
Peel the cheese and carrots and grate them on a fine grater.
Lightly fry walnuts or peanuts (whichever you prefer) in a dry frying pan and grind in a blender until crumbs (not too fine).
Cut the garlic cloves very finely.
Mix the cheese, carrots, garlic and nuts in a bowl, add salt, ground black, white and red hot pepper, about 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix well.
From the resulting mass, form balls the size of an apricot. To breading the balls, pour black sesame seeds and finely chopped dill into two separate plates, roll them in cheese balls. Put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to cool down.
