Cheese Balls with a Surprise Recipe
Not so long ago decided to hastily prepare the balls, which for some reason I had safely abandoned in the far corners of memory. This snack is good because it is prepared for the minimum amount of time from a minimum of products that can be bought in the nearest store in case of an unexpected visit of guests. Spicy taste and looks very original. However, in the original recipe olives or olives are used as a "surprise". But, since no one in our family likes either one or the other, I experimented with stuffing.

  7. Shrimps pre-boil until cooked in salted water to clean. I had king prawns so I cut each one in half for ease of cooking.

  8. Make from cheese masses cake. On each cake spread in the middle of the filling: some tortillas cucumbers, shrimp on the other.

  9. Gently roll the balls.

  10. Take each ball and roll it in grated crab sticks.

  11. This ball is supposed to be. Spread our balls on a plate. Send for 30 minutes in the refrigerator (if it really really urgently need), and better longer. Before serving, decorate with sprigs of dill and parsley.
