Eggs need to be hard-boiled. Put the curd cheese in a bowl. Grate the carrots and send them to the cheese. Add sesame seeds, pepper, and mix well. In eggs, separate the yolk from the white. Protein RUB on a grater, to mash yolks and combine with the ground. Send the protein, combine and taste with salt and pepper, if you think something is not enough, then add to taste.
Serve according to your taste. I will serve the balls in a plate on finely chopped dill and sprinkle them with sesame seeds on top.
