Instructions
Sprinkle the baguette slices with olive oil and brown in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Fry the nuts, cool them and chop them coarsely.
Large cranberry berries are also cut.
Cool the baguette slices and spread generously with cottage cheese.
Put the nuts and cranberries on top of the cheese.
Drizzle with honey and olive oil. Serve.
