  1. Prepare the ingredients for the snack. We take all the products fresh and delicious. Mushrooms should be white, dense, because we will eat them raw. Choose mushrooms that are even and the same.
  2. Remove the top skin from the mushroom caps. It can be removed easily, you just need to pick it up with the tip of a knife. Unscrew the leg, select the leftovers with a teaspoon to make a bowl.
  3. Put 1 – 0.5 teaspoons of sour cream in each mushroom, depending on the size of the mushroom.
  4. Put 1-0. 5 teaspoons of red caviar on top of sour cream.
