Instructions
Peel the oranges and lemon, cut the peel to the pulp, then peel the slices from the films.

Cook for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from the heat. Grind in a blender.
We put it on the fire again. As soon as the marmalade boils, put it in jars and close the lids. Serve it on the table.
