  1. Cut the beans into 1-1. 5 cm pieces. Boil in salted water for 15 minutes. Boil the eggs.
  2. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  3. Fry the onion and carrot until golden brown.
  4. Add the beans to the onions and carrots, fry for 5 minutes (so that the water evaporates from the beans).
  5. Slice the eggs. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Add to the cooled beans. Season with mayonnaise.
  6. Ready.
