For a long time, festive tables were almost complete without liver pates. And not only festive ones. Pate with butter is perfect for sandwiches for Breakfast, afternoon tea or just a snack. It’s certainly high in calories. It was made from beef or pork liver with a generous addition of butter. So I will make this pate today. Only I’ll take the bird ‘s liver. I will also add butter to it. The oil must be of high quality. The liver, after roasting with onions and carrots, was passed through a meat grinder a couple of times to get a smooth, tender mass.
