We used to stuff small peppers with large pots. And I suggest cooking beautiful stuffed peppers for the festive table.

  1. Sweet Bulgarian pepper cut into two halves and peel from the seeds.
  2. Fill the pepper halves with minced meat, cooked as usual.
  3. Cut the tomato into slices and put a tomato circle on each pepper on top of the minced meat.
  4. Sprinkle liberally with grated cheese.
  5. We send it to the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs. On the side dish, you can serve rice, new potatoes. Enjoy your meal.
