If you serve the dessert right away, it is more tender in consistency, if you hold it in the refrigerator, it thickens and becomes like cheesecake, it is cheesecake, not cottage cheese.

  1. Prepare the food. Yogurt should be thick and greasy – I weighed it in gauze (it was ready in 4 hours). Put the condensed milk and 300 ml of measured yogurt in a bowl (the remaining yogurt went for decoration).
  2. Mix thoroughly with a whisk.
  3. Prepare the molds – I have a volume of 100 ml. Lightly grease the molds with oil. Pour the mass into the molds – I got 4 molds of 100 pieces, and I poured the rest into a wider form.
  4. Cover the molds with foil, cover the lid of the steamer, set the time on the display for 20 minutes. Check the readiness – pierce the middle of the dessert with a match – it should stay dry.
  5. Remove the molds from the steamer, remove the foil and let cool. We turn the molds onto a dish – a little liquid is formed – we blot it with a napkin.
  6. Serve immediately or put it in the refrigerator, covering the dessert with molds – I put it in the refrigerator.
  7. Remove from the molds, decorate and serve to the table (or do not decorate).
