Tomato and Crab Stick Appetizer Recipe
It turns out that tomatoes and crab sticks are a well – known combination, and I tried it just recently. I liked it! I want to show you an appetizer based on this salad. It is prepared very simply and quickly, you can serve it in tartlets, snack eclairs or use it for sandwiches.

  1. First I want to say a few words about the ingredients. For those who scold processed cheese and crab sticks, I always answer – buy quality products. There are high-quality cheeses, and there is an inedible cheese product. And, of course, the price of good cheeses can not be low. The same goes for crab sticks.
  2. Crab sticks and cheese grate on a fine grater, finely chop the tomato. If the tomato is very juicy, first remove the seeds.
  3. Add the garlic passed through the press and season with mayonnaise. Serve tartlets, snack bars Eclair, the vol-AU-vents. Or you can just spread it on bread.
