  1. In a frying pan, pour 1 tbsp oil and put the leeks, cut into thin rings. Then I prepared it almost until it was ready. In parallel, I boiled the nests (paste) also in salted water.
  2. I took the appropriate molds and smeared them inside another 1 tbsp of olive oil. With a slotted spoon, she carefully fished the nests out of the pan and let the liquid drain. Spread out on the bottom of the forms.
  3. Top with the Turkey and leeks so that there is a little recess in the center for the egg.
  4. Broke carefully into each form of an egg, keeping the yolk intact. It is important. Salt and pepper a little on top of the egg. If you do it for children, you do not need to salt and pepper immediately. This can be done for yourself in a ready-made dish.
  5. Put in the oven, setting the temperature to 180 C for about 10 minutes. You don’t need the yolk to fully grasp. It should be left sticky, so it tastes better. So I periodically looked in the oven. Be guided by your oven. Done!
