Cut the meat from two Turkey legs. Cut the meat into pieces/cubes.
Garlic (3 teeth) cut into plastic pieces, chop fresh parsley. Combine all the ingredients of the dish, add salt and ground black pepper to taste, add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, mix all the ingredients. Put the Turkey meat and vegetables prepared for baking in a baking dish.
Cover the form with foil and send it to the oven preheated to t190c. Bake until tender. A few minutes before cooking, remove the foil sheet and brown the dish on the grill.
