Cut the mushrooms into four pieces. Melt the butter in a bowl. Grate the garlic, mix it with oil and spices and add salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar. Mix thoroughly with a whisk.
Pour the resulting marinade over the mushrooms, mix and leave them to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Then transfer everything to a baking dish and send it to bake in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Stir occasionally.
After 20 minutes, remove the dish and serve it in portions.
