Olive oil
Instructions
Wash the vegetables and herbs and dry them. Pick the lettuce leaves in small pieces in a salad bowl.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, peel the avocado and cut into small pieces.
Also, cut the bell pepper into small pieces.
Add the vegetables to the salad bowl.
Season with salt and pepper mixture to taste, add chopped parsley.
Heat the sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden brown, remove from the heat, and let cool.
Add the sesame seeds to the salad, season with olive oil and mix gently.
