  1. Wash the potatoes, peel and boil until tender.
  2. Boil the eggs.
  3. Cut the bacon (I have straws) into 4 parts each.
  4. Fry it without oil and put it on a napkin to remove excess oil.
  5. Boiled potatoes cut into warm, large cubes, eggs are also large.
  6. Mix all the ingredients.
  7. Add finely chopped green onions and season with yogurt and mustard (I forgot to buy regular mustard, so I added grainy).
  8. Ready.
