  1. Wash the potatoes, peel and cook until tender.
  2. Boil an egg.
  3. Cut the bacon (I have strips) into 4 parts each.
  4. Fry it without oil and put it on a napkin so that the excess oil goes away.
  5. Cut boiled potatoes into warm, large cubes, eggs are also large.
  6. Mix all the ingredients.
  7. Add finely chopped green onions and season with yogurt and mustard (I forgot to buy regular mustard, so I added grainy).
  8. Ready.
