  1. Defrost the squid and peas, cut the squid into small pieces, fry in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.
  2. To the squid, add the zucchini, peas and dried tomatoes, cut into quarters, and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add soy sauce and lemon juice to the salad and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
