Cut the zucchini lengthwise into plates about 5 mm thick. Add salt and leave for 5-10 minutes.
Prepare the filling: grate the cheese on a fine grater, add chopped garlic, mayonnaise.
Fry the zucchini in vegetable oil on both sides. Cool.
On each plate of zucchini on one side, put the cheese mass in a small layer. Carefully wrap it in a roll. Put it on a platter.
