  1. Prepare the squid. We will prepare them in a “short” way, which involves pouring boiling water over them. Pour boiling water over the squid, let it stand for half a minute, remove the skin and remove the remaining chord. Rinse with cold water. Again pour the squid with boiling water, leave for a minute. Again, rinse with cold water and repeat the procedure again – pour boiling water, leave for a minute and rinse. Now quickly cut them into strips along with cucumbers.
  2. Cut the green onion and coriander (it is better to cut the onion slightly obliquely).
  3. In a bowl, mix the herbs, squid and cucumbers, pour soy sauce and sesame oil. Sprinkle with a mixture of black and white sesame seeds. Asian-style squid salad is ready!
