Again, rinse with cold water and repeat the procedure again - pour boiling water, leave for a minute and rinse. Now quickly cut them into strips along with cucumbers.
Cut the green onion and coriander (it is better to cut the onion slightly obliquely).
In a bowl, mix the herbs, squid and cucumbers, pour soy sauce and sesame oil. Sprinkle with a mixture of black and white sesame seeds. Asian-style squid salad is ready!
