Asian-Style Carrot and Cucumber Salad Recipe
A simple, healthy, Asian-style salad. There is a similar salad on the site, but mine is still slightly different, so I dare to share my version as well.

  1. Grate carrots. Cut the cucumber into spirals or strips (do not add the pulp, otherwise it will give a lot of juice).

  2. Grate garlic and ginger on a fine grater, add to vegetables.

  3. For dressing, mix 1 tbsp. a spoonful of soy sauce, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sesame oil.
