Avocado Salad with Grapes and Spinach Recipe
A light, simple and very healthy salad, just a sea of vitamins and pleasure. Very tasty salad.
Lunch Second Breakfast
Grapes (green, seedless, small bunch)
Brynza (feta, fetaxa, goat cheese)
Black pepper, salt
Wash the spinach and shake off the water, cut off the stems. Wash the grapes and remove the berries from the branches. Put everything in a bowl.
Peel the avocado, remove the pit, cut the pulp into small cubes. Add to salad.
Crumble the cheese on top.
Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil and, if desired, soy sauce. Mix gently.
