Baked Pumpkin with Onions Recipe
I always associate autumn with pumpkin. This versatile vegetable is combined with almost everything. Today I offer you a pumpkin with onions. Very flavorful, simple and healthy dish.

  1. Cut the pumpkin into cubes.
  2. Cut the onion into large feathers.
  3. Add soy sauce, vegetable oil, grain mustard, cumin, pepper, salt (if necessary). Stir everything up.
  4. Spread on a baking sheet. And bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until the pumpkin is ready.
  5. The dish is ready! It remains only to decorate with herbs.
