Cutlets Stuffed with Cheese, Onions and Bacon Recipe
What kind of cutlets are there! Spicy herbs are added to the minced meat and prepared with various fillings. All these simple techniques help to diversify the home menu and significantly save time. I have mega cutlets. They have an unusual taste and interesting texture-tender meat with filling, and on top of a crispy crust of fried breadcrumbs.
Cut the meat into cubes and chop it with a blender or meat grinder.
In the minced meat, add the seasoning for the meat, pressed garlic, pepper and salt, mix.
Divide the minced meat into 2 parts.
Onions are cleaned, cut off the tail and top. It remains the middle, we divide it in half.
Divide the onion rings.
From two parts of minced meat, we form tortillas, the size of a tea saucer.
Grease the tortillas with mustard.
We put large onion rings on the tortillas, and begin to fill the middle.
Cut the plate cheese into strips and put it in an onion ring.
Then put the onion ring and strips of brisket (or bacon).
And the next layer is onion + mozzarella ball.
From above, close the middle with a piece of brisket. Sprinkle with green onions.
Without breaking the structure of the meat tortilla and filling, we form a large cutlet.
Roll the cutlet in corn flour.
Then dip in the egg whipped with a pinch of salt.
And roll in corn flakes crushed.
Heat sunflower oil in a small saucepan with a sprig of rosemary, thyme (you can also dry it) and a clove of garlic. Carefully put the mega cutlet in the pan and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side until Golden brown.
