Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, wash and cut into small pieces. (approximately 1.5 – 2 cm by 0.5-1 cm).
Transfer the pumpkin to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
Add salt, black pepper and herbs of Provence.
Chop 1 clove of garlic.
Mix everything well and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, transfer to a baking dish, cover with foil and send to a preheated 180 C degree oven for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, remove the foil and put it in the oven for another 5 minutes so that the pumpkin is slightly browned.
Delicious, fragrant baked pumpkin with Provencal herbs and garlic is ready. It can be served as a side dish to meat or as an appetizer.
