Defrost the puff pastry a little. Cut the sheet into 9 parts and roll out each part slightly.
Secure the edges with a fork. Place on a baking sheet in the form of boats and slightly press down the bottom for stability. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Wash and dry the dill. Curd cheese (I use Hohland) mix with finely chopped dill.
In the finished boats, make larger depressions with a teaspoon and fill with cheese filling.
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Place a small piece of leaf in a boat with a sprig of dill. Put the pieces of salted herring on top of the boat.
