I never thought that I would post a recipe for "Herring under a fur coat" somewhere, so many things were invented on this topic. But I came across an interesting idea and could not resist. Classic new year's table in the original, buffet interpretation. I must say that there are no specific proportions here, it all depends on the number of prepared boats and their volume. The taste of the salad does not suffer from such a feed, but rather becomes more interesting.
