Cut crab sticks diagonally into rather large pieces.
Peel the avocado and cut into strips.
Now let’s get to the gas station. Mix sour cream, mustard (I had it with grains), 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. You can take sour cream mixed with mayonnaise, but this is optional. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add finely chopped dill. Mix it.
Gently mix the crab sticks with the avocado and dressing.
The rolls are sent to the preheated oven for 3-5 minutes so that they are warmed up and the crust becomes crispy.
Make a longitudinal incision on top of each bun. Remove some crumbs from the rolls.
Stuff the buns. I’m trying to put in more stuffing…
Sprinkle the rolls with finely chopped parsley and lemon zest. I cut the zest into very small strips.
