Eggs need to be hard-boiled. Cabbage is thinly cut into long noodles. Spread in a salad bowl and immediately put the mayonnaise on top, do not mix. We will put the cut apples in it so that they do not darken quickly. Apples are well cut with a ceramic knife, they do not oxidize longer from it. Put the apples on the mayonnaise and mix the salad. Chop the eggs. Send to the salad bowl and carefully combine everything, if desired, salt to taste. You can put more mayonnaise to taste. I like a lot of mayonnaise in this salad. What I have indicated is enough for me. I don’t pepper this salad. It turns out to be tender and very tasty. Cover with a lid and send to the refrigerator for a little, to infuse.
